Plenty of activities on the snow-capped peaks

The Livigno ski resort is world-renowned for its slopes and the fun activities on offer for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts!

As well as downhill skiing and cross-country skiing, snowboarders and freeriders will also find plenty to keep them busy: the Mottolino Snowpark is an international benchmark for these disciplines, whilst on the Carosello 3000 side, a new and promising snowpark has recently opened. What’s more, the Tagliede ski lifts connect it to the town centre, so you can head straight home with your boots still on!

On this side of the mountain, you’ll also find dedicated trails and ski lifts that are accessible even on Fat Bikes – mountain bikes with ‘fat tyres’ designed for riding on snow-covered slopes and through the snow-covered valleys of Livigno.

Adrenaline and a unique atmosphere

If you love a challenge and aren’t afraid of heights, why not try Heliskiing: accompanied by mountain guides, you’ll reach the highest peaks by helicopter, before skiing down pristine slopes far from the most well-trodden off-piste routes.

If, on the other hand, you prefer excursions to explore the local area, the Livigno Tourist Board organises numerous snowshoe walks through the woods, including night-time walks, with stops at traditional mountain huts where you can enjoy delicious local specialities.

Ice Driving School

If you’re looking for an out-of-the-ordinary activity that combines practicality, fun and adrenaline, Livigno is home to the school for safe, sport and competitive driving on snow and ice.

At the Ice Circuit, professional drivers are on hand to teach you how to handle different types of cars on low-grip surfaces, with a theory session in the heated hospitality area and a practical session on the track!
