Casa Talacci is located right in the centre of Livigno, within the pedestrian zone.
Built in 1914 and left unchanged in terms of its exterior façade, this property has been completely renovated and modernised, and features a total of 6 flats of various sizes, ideal for a holiday as a couple or with the family, or for all the sports enthusiasts who choose Livigno as the location for their high-altitude training.
Since 1985, this house has been owned by the Talacci family, who, drawing on their experience in hospitality and welcoming guests which sets them apart, have turned it into a little gem, cosy and practical, furnishing the rooms with furniture made of solid wood and paying attention to every single detail that may help to make your holiday in Livigno special!
Here you can really choose whether to head out in your ski boots or walking shoes… everything is within easy reach!

Our apartments are perfect for any kind of holiday: each one is furnished in traditional mountain style, with exposed wooden beams and handcrafted furniture.
They are equipped with all modern conveniences and offer stunning views of the surrounding mountain range.
