Flat 1 Crap da la parè
Tastefully furnished with solid wood furniture and fittings, this studio flat is on the first floor and is ideal for a couple.
It is equipped with a TV, coffee machine for the coffee, and oven, and a private bathroom with a spacious shower.
Flat 2 Mont da la nef
This flat, featuring exposed wooden beams, is located on the second floor and comprises two rooms: a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette.
It is equipped with TV, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, washing machine and a private bathroom with shower cubicle.
Flat 3 Al vach
This three-room flat is the largest flat in the building; it can accommodate up to six people and is located on the second floor. It features a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a spacious living room with a sofa bed.
Here you will find a TV, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven and a private bathroom with a spacious shower cubicle and washing machine.
Flat 4 Piza di Rin
On the second floor of the house is this charming one-bedroom flat, comprising a living room with a kitchenette and a double bedroom; it is ideal for two people and can accommodate a third guest thanks to the sofa bed in the living room.
It features a TV, a coffee machine, oven and private bathroom with shower cubicle.
Flat 5 Crap dal Mescdì
This cosy attic studio, built entirely of wood, comfortably accommodates three people, featuring a double bed and a single sofa bed.
Here you will find a TV, a coffee machine for the coffee, oven, bathroom private with shower cubicle.
Flat 6 Piza in Cavagl
Also on the third floor is this small attic studio flat, built entirely of wood. It can accommodate three people, with its single sofa bed and double bed.
Featuring a wooden attic-style bathroom with a shower cubicle, this flat includes a TV, a coffee machine, an oven, and a private bathroom with a shower cubicle.
House rules
Out of respect for all our guests, and to ensure you have the best possible stay, we ask that you observe a few simple rules at Casa Talacci:
- Check-in from 14:30
- Check out by 10:00
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments
- Please respect the quiet hours and keep noise to a minimum between 1.00 pm and 3.00 pm and between 11.00 pm and 6.00 am
- Pets are welcome, provided they are well-behaved and respectful of the surroundings
- Recycling is carried out in the flats
- Parking at the house is permitted only for loading and unloading luggage – we are in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL); the car park is 150 metres away
